Live Monitoring

This page explains how to check participant status in real time on the event day.

Start live monitoring

Select the target event from the event management screen (dashboard) and tap Live Tracking.

Live map

Participant locations are shown on the map in real time.

  • Participant markers - Each participant is shown with a color-coded marker
  • Track lines - The route each participant moved is drawn as a polyline
  • Spot markers - Course spots are shown on the map

Tap a marker to check information such as the participant name, score, and elapsed time.

Operator location sharing

When an operator starts sharing their current location, other operators can see that position on the live map. If sharing is not stopped manually, it stops automatically after 24 hours.

Participant list

The list shows participants who are currently playing.

The participant list can be sorted by Entry Number or by the default order.

Spot visit status

You can check in real time how many participants have already visited each spot. This is useful for understanding overall progress.

Real-time rankings

Rankings by category are updated in real time.

  • Displayed by score, or by time when scores are tied
  • The top three positions show trophy icons
  • Finished participants and participants still in progress are shown separately

Send messages

You can send messages to participants during the event.

  • Broadcast message - Announcement for all event participants
  • Direct message - Message to a specific participant

Administrative actions

The following actions are available during live monitoring.

These administrator operations are available only in the smartphone app. They cannot be performed from the web event page.

Update frequency

  • Participant positions, participant list, and ranking: Server updates are received and displayed in real time (no manual refresh needed).
  • Position update interval: Sent every few seconds to a few minutes depending on the participant device's location mode (Standard / Smart 1 / Smart 2) and battery saver mode. Participants farther from a spot may have longer update intervals.
