Relationship between added staff and the plan

Even if you add event managers or event operators to an event, Organizer Plan features are not shared automatically. The Organizer Plan-only features above can be used only by the subscribed user.

Event managers can still handle basic management tasks such as event editing, entry management, and result review, but that does not mean every Organizer Plan feature becomes available to them. If multiple people run the event, decide in advance which actions are handled by the owner or the subscribed user.

Creating events itself is free

You can create and publish events even without the Organizer Plan. Consider subscribing only when you need the advanced features above.

How to purchase the plan

  1. Open the Settings screen in the app
  2. Select Subscription
  3. Choose Organizer Plan
  4. Select the billing cycle, such as monthly or yearly
  5. Complete payment in the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android

Upgrade and downgrade

  • Player Plan -> Organizer Plan: when upgrading, only the prorated difference is charged
  • Organizer Plan -> Player Plan: the downgrade takes effect after the current billing period ends

Restore purchases

After changing devices or reinstalling the app, you can restore a previous subscription from Settings -> Subscription -> Restore Purchases.

How to cancel

Cancel the subscription from the app store settings. You cannot cancel from inside the NaviTabi app.

On iOS

Open the Settings app -> your name -> Subscriptions -> select NaviTabi and cancel it.

On Android

Open the Google Play app -> profile icon in the top-right corner -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> select NaviTabi and cancel it.

All features remain available until the end of the current subscription period after cancellation.
