Subscription
This page explains the participant-side subscription in NaviTabi, the Player Plan.
What you can do for free
Even without a subscription, you can use the following basic functions for free.
- Search for and browse events
- Join events within the free allowance
- Check results and view rankings
- Join groups
Player Plan
If you subscribe to the Player Plan, you get the following additional features.
- Export PDF maps for personal use
- Remove the access period limit for results
How to purchase a plan
- Open the Settings screen in the app.
- Select Subscription.
- Choose Player Plan.
- Select the billing cycle, such as monthly or yearly.
- Complete payment in the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android.
Payments are processed through the app store.
Restore a purchase
If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can restore a subscription you purchased before.
- Open Settings -> Subscription.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- The purchase history is checked with the same app store account, and any valid subscription is restored.
How to cancel
Cancel your subscription from the settings of the app store.
Open the Settings app -> your name -> Subscriptions -> select NaviTabi and cancel it.
Open the Google Play app -> profile icon in the top-right corner -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> select NaviTabi and cancel it.
You can continue using the subscription until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account returns to the free plan.
Sharing between iOS and Android
Subscriptions are managed separately by the App Store and Google Play. If you log in with the same NaviTabi account, the subscription status is synchronized across platforms through NaviTabi's system.
